You think wrong because your facts are wrong. Many European nations have lower or NO corporate taxes. This is a SERIOUS problem for US in the world wide competition for capital. If we don't get a handle on our tax situation, and soon, we will begin to fall behind the rest of the world. And that is a FACT. How ironic if Russia finally buries us because they went Capitalist, and we went socialist. We have the lowest taxes of any developed nation
