MM, if we get a prolonged bear market like many on this thread expect I would expect NYC to get a special blend of TL & EV due to the anticipated consequent job losses in the financial DIS service sector. The only thing i know about New york in the 70s is Saturday Night Fever and Pres. Ford to NYC " Drop Dead" . What was NYC RE like in the 70s - i suppose it was bad? mike
