Eeek! From MarketWatch: SLI Inc. (SLI: news, chart, profile) plummeted more than 43 percent after Ernst & Young, the Canton, Mass., lighting products firm's independent auditors, stated in the company's Form 1o-K annual report that there is "substantial doubt" about SLI's ability to continue as a going concern. Ernst cited SLI's significant losses in 2001, its "highly leveraged" condition, and that its debt agreements contain "restrictive covenants that are closely tied" to SLI's 2002 fiscal 2002 results.
