That is correct, and it is not extremely overvalued, but it breached $45.25 at least for a short while there, and the speed of the decline worried me. I may still get back after it settles. In the meanwhuile, they just gave me a discount of a buck on CCMP so I just jumped back in here at $60.87. Zeev
