Give the perverts some harmless ersatz and at least it might prevent them using real children... OTOH, you may heat them to the point where they do use real children. And settling the issue probably won't take more than 50-100 years. Not that I'm against the court decision. It would be nice if they could rule the other way and not limit free speec, but they can't.
