Ed: I have been in HHLA since the fall of 1997, so time (which doesn't exist anyway) plays little role in my decisions, as long as it is finite. What's a coupla months when you wait for sixty big ones for the jackpot. This is the time of harvesting 10-K's, so how is Howard keeping his word? Still not out? What also troubles me, whether the 2/3 export quota for the Russian oil is stipulated by hard legislation as some people claim or if it was perhaps invented by domestic nationalists with the intention to muddle the waters. Referring to your "coupla basket" philosophy, it would interest me what's your second basket? plainjane
