Yo, not that it's relevant or anything, but your cost
synopsis is a bit off.. lol..

Even if they're slick, smooth and cost effective, their
cost is more likely $.20-$.35 per notice they're mailing,
including cost of paper, envelopes, postage, labor etc.. May be even higher..

However my friend, they certainly do not have 13 million
investors.. lol..

COME ON, WAKE UP BRO' !!!! Don't get overwhelmed by the numbers.. hehe..
