Jerusalem may have an equal significance for Christians. It does not have an equal significance for Muslims, unless Mecca and Medinah are not more important sites. Nor does it have especial significance for Arabs, as such, whereas it was not only the religious but national center for the Jews until the destruction of the Temple. Additionally, the sites have been fairly administered, not only Christian and Jewish, but Muslim. I would say, in fact, that Muslim control of the Dome of the Rock, for example, would be within the scope of negotiations. But not internationalization. That is not at all likely to be on the table.......
