"...how do you think this shift has shown itself in the behavior of children, if at all? Through the usual suspects of societal ills. You haven't noticed? We would probably be comparing apples and oranges if we try to compare modern children with another generation of children. The current concerns are in respect to the potential harm that can come to our children through an increased availability to things that they were sheltered from in the past. This does not concern you? Sex, Drugs, and Violence have become increasingly available and the legislative trends are likely to continue. We are not legislating a balanced body of laws that increase the role of parents as safe and protective harbors.
