Citizenship ... including being a good corporate citizen ... carries a price tag, pal. People or corporations that don't pay taxes ... or which set up headquarters on foreign shores ... should be boycotted out of business by patriotic Americans who do pay their "fair share" of taxes. If you don't like the current tax system, then work to change it, not cheat it. Seems to me, though, that neither the Democratic Party nor the Republican Party is too eager to overhaul the current 100,000 pages of IRS documents.
