Andrew, I think you missed the point of Golden Wonder. That production was supposed to provide the income necessary to develop Merrill Crater. It also provided psychological comfort to shareholders that the company moves metal, not just promise. The private placement was screwed up and warrants are still up in the air. The company needs funding for project development. If the stock price is low, any warrants issued will have to convert at a lower price for a given amount of money. The company will have to issue more shares which ends up as shareholder dilution. Funding need is a reality. How they do it is yet to be seen. This potentially premier company is now in the class of CHIP IMO.
