Hawkmoon, Sharon and Arafat aside, there is no incentive for Israel to have any peace as long as they can continue their territorial expansionist policies. IMO, a joint European-American coalition must give Israel an ultimatum and deadline to cease hostilities and withdraw; prepare a full economic embargo; move in UN troops; have the UN create a new Palestinian state and put UN troops on the new Israel-Palestine border; allow all Israeli settlers a maximum of 60-90 days to move to Israel; create a "marshal plan" to build the new Palestine.
