Yes, competition is fierce. But market is huge and growing. Parathyroid hormone treatment can be combined with SERM or other approach.

The point of the GSK deal is that pharma is still willing to spent big bucks if they can smell good profit.

Program/candidate may come from any place, only it need to be promising.
