93'wtc) reflected how far our ability to fix blame and mete punishment had fallen. His foreign policy of world policeman was set up to keep the markets propped during his reign and it was this policy which ultimately led to this vietnam-style conflict we find ourselves in.

Buy oil, defense and gold. This is another 10 year
period where Texans get richer and the country gets a lot poorer.
