Dear Rich: No, that is my way of saying he is now IRRELEVANT. Binnie Bad Boy needs an organization to be dangerous, that organization is in the process of being dismantled. Besides an organization he needs a base, that base has been dismantled. Further he needs money, his money flow is being dammed up. From this point on he is merely a figurehead which he will be anyway Dead or Alive so makes no difference. Personally I want them to keep him going till I FIND HIM and collect the money.
