And even if this source (the most unreliable in the English language, I might add) had found a body with two wounds, one in the foot and one in the back, they can tell who did the shooting? Might it have been a collaborator? Might it have been a person who got shot in the foot, kept fighting and firing and then, later got shot seperately and fatally, perhaps in the back. If there is a war, you mean it would be a war crime to sneak up behind the enemy and shoot them by surprise?
They didn't teach that to me when I was in the army. Should we have indited NVA on War Crimes, because as I recall that was a favorite tactic of theirs?
