Well, yesterday's trading was just like it has been in the past: all trades were above the bid, and the MM's reduced the ask. However, with a close of .81/.82, we should see some upward movement today.

Marsiniak posted a message on AOL stating that the final filing for Accord was made on Monday, 7/7, and that Accord should be trading within 9-13 days from that date. He also made a statement saying that he is hopeful that shareholders will forgive the company for past mistakes, and that they will be rewarded nicely for their patience. My personal opinion on these comments is that Marsiniak has openly put Laguna Pacific's name on the line here. So, I look at it as a positive sign.
