Dec. 5: A B-52 dropped a bomb on U.S. and Afghan forces near Kandahar, killing three Americans and at least seven Afghans.

Dec. 22: U.S. aircraft struck a convoy near Khost, killing dozens of Afghans.

March 2: An AC-130 taking part in Operation Anaconda may have mistakenly attacked a convoy of U.S. and Afghan forces, killing one U.S. soldier.

March 6: Coalition forces attacked a suspected al-Qaida leadership target near Shikin, Afghanistan. Fourteen were killed.

April 17: A U.S. Air National Guard F-16 drops at least one laser-guided bomb on Canadian forces. The Canadian Defence Ministry said four Canadians were killed and eight injured.
