John, Does it make sense to lower the rating that spans the next three years if your concerns are near term? With today's downgrade to long-term Buy, AMD and INTC have the same long-term rating. Remember that Merrill lowered AMD's risk rating to a "D" yesterday. Henry Blodget once said that "D" means the stock "could go to zero".
