Mucho, you can ease your scepticism about the Q's royalty rates by going out and buying a few shares of NOKIA. Seriously, the Q's patents probably won't expire in your lifetime, so stop fretting, buy some ERICY stock.

Oh yes, and about KDDI, as I've said before, it's going to be very interesting to see a real 3G system up against GSM (psyeudo WCDMA). I expect monthly comparisons will eventually force NTT to opt for the better CDMA system, or really loose mkt share. Time will tell, and I think it won't take more than about 12 months to get the picture.

But whatever you do, don't buy any QCOM stock, I'd hate to see you loose money.
