12:12 ET Breaking News : Reuters reports that a small tourist plane hit a skyscraper in central Milan, setting the top floors of the 30-floor building on fire. The building reportedly houses the administrative offices of the local Lombardy region. CNN reporting that the plane crashed into the 26th floor of the building.
