Elliot, I'm not sure if the warrants have been exercised yet. But if they have it means the Company has rec'd approx $24mil (or will when they are exercised).So this deal is not as bad as it sounds(not that I like it--but now they don't have to do a secondary) Sir Alexx i thought you did better research thanthat (BTW are u still in IREG, speaking about falling in love with a stock). Notice how the stock traded yesterday when the market was down 120+. There was a lot of smart (big) buying yesterday--probably institutions --when a lot of scared retail folks were selling. Think about that!
