no Ron.. what im saying is those 'unforeseen circumstances' which 'will always exist and continually progress in occurrence' are more likely to occur now as opposed to before 9/11 and equities in large part are not reflecting that reality. There was much said about the 'peace dividend' which benefited equities in the 90's, wheres the 'war-time' risk discount during times of uncertainty? No fishing for me, unless you mean feeding the fish on the NAZ. Israel
