Watch RDRT here folks. The state of Wisconsin owns 10% of the company and the chart suggests a move up. I realize that its a gamble on a sub 4 dollar stock but I have to think the state knows something to be buying 10% of the company. While the dollar amount is not huge the 10% stake is. stockcharts.com biz.yahoo.com
