HTEI Is making another 52 wks. H and it seems ready to test its December 1999 H at 7.50 The May-July double top in 1998 was above the 17 level.<g> The company headquarters are here in sunny FLA.<g> they reported strong first-quarter earnings compared to last year's results and announced yesterday plans to buy back up to 1.3 million additional shares.<g> They earned $1.7 M ( 0.09/share) in the quarter, up from last year loss of $931,000,(0.05/share). Revenues also improved 7 % in the last Q. to $16.9 million from $15.8 million last year. They have raised their earnings outlook for the full year to 55 cents a share on revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent.
