Ted,

I think we need to have a meeting about the atrocious performance of Team Ted. I think changes in top management will be necessary.

The bottom line is that the talent we have acquired has no talent. It is obvious that the Good Will on the books associated with these acquisitions is substantially impaired, and one time charge, reflecting this impairment will have to be charged against the next quarterly earnings.
