CNN has changed their story on the aircraft type. They are now saying it was a Commander 112-TC, not an Aero Commander. However, they are still saying that it is a type where you have to turn around behind you to manually crank the gear down. They're also saying that the size of the gash in the building suggests a glancing blow, not a straight on collision.
