I agree, said the same to the wife when BubbleVision was rushing to call it an "accident". The pilot was Italian, so it may not have been a terrorist, but perhaps a disgruntled former employee (or someone who just bought a bad set of tires!)

BTW, has the NTSB decided what downed the plane that crashed at JFK last fall...that one still seems to be an open question, too.
