The key is the news is puncturing the strong recovery BS balloon. It seems that way to me, at the very least.

So proforma or not..look at it this way...DESPITE the proforma allowance, these folks can not come up with good news. DESPITE all the pumping that has been done, the markets can only manage so much, in particular, the techs.
