My dad, G. Hall Mackenzie, David Williams the Duncan lawyer, and Gerry Wellburn were the founding directors of the BC Forest Museum. They are all dead now. My father managed it for a couple of years in the late 70's. Vern Wellburn, Gerry's son, lives a half a block from me, with a bunch of his old cars.

My father was the Chevron distributor for 20 years so I saw a lot of iron growing up. Were you ever at the Wellburn home, up at Deerhome, before the collection moved to Somenos??

Don't know about gold-nugget, I just think he is an idiot.
