I know what you mean. It is difficult to see correlations between insider sells and stock price moves when you look at individual stocks. However, the larger trend can be useful. One on the reasons that I disagreed with those who say that we put in an Oct. 98 type bottom last Sept. was that the sell-off in 98 was followed by "massive" insider buying. This fall and winter, insiders continued to sell in a high ratio to what they bought
