Hi JDN,
You are right about health insurance.
I left my company voluntarily so my health coverage ended one month after I left.
I have been paying for mine for almost 2 years and it keeps getting more and more expensive as they raise the premium every 9 months it seems like. Not having it though is worse than not having car insurance. One does not have to have a car.
I get depressed whenever I think that I am not eligible for Medicare for another 14 years until I am 62.
Other than that I am enjoying not having to get up early or shaving only if I want to and on and on.
I hope this year is a good one for the stock market. Diane Swonk the Bank One chief economist was in Brit Hume Special Report(FNC) this afternoon and she sounded pretty bullish on the economy. I hope she is right.
Good luck to you.
