Who's kidding who? If there were misdeeds done at Merrill related to the bubble and its eventual collapse that cost investors billions or perhaps trillions of dollars, they started a lot longer than 12 months ago. How about going back to at least the summer of 1999 when the big pump started.

Frankly, I think this is an insult.
