Fidelity Holds 10.28% Of QLT Inc. Common Shrs DOW JONES NEWSWIRES BOSTON -- Certain funds and trust accounts for which Fidelity Management & Research Co. and Fidelity Management Trust Co. serves as investment adviser have acquired 424,500 shares of QLT Inc. In a news release, Fidelity said it now holds 7,004,290 shares, or 10.28%, of QLT Inc. Fidelity said the acquisition was made for investment purposes only.
