Sorry, wasn't making an assertion. Just noting off handedly that both sides will interpret the facts the way that makes them look best. Pretty hard to determine, to my knowledge, if the foot or the back was shot first. Maybe they were shot at the same time. Cross fire. Who knows? Jenin will be PR disaster, even if every death there were militants. The militants in HAMAS and gang don't exactly distinguish themselves from the surrounding population, making it easy to clear the weapons and call it "civilian massacres." The Israelis didn't help the matter if they heaped the bodies in mass graves. Just made it look bad. Makes it look like they were trying to hide something. Maybe they were. I hope not. Derek
