I hear that PHSY is a GTZ luxury short?????? Oops. 07:33 ET PHSY PacifiCare Hlth upgraded by Goldman after refinancing (21.36) Goldman Sachs upgrades to MKT OUTPERFORM from Mkt Perform with a target of $32; cites extension of $735 mln senior credit facility by two years to Jan 2005; says that refinancing is a positive signal regarding PHSY fundamentals as lenders have inside info ahead of Q1 earnings report.
