perhaps the laws are ineffective and unenforceable because these behaviors you think are "abnormal" are actually pretty common, and always have been. I dislike many things about people that are very common- but I don't try to delude myself that the things I dislike about people are abnormal. It always helps to try to use the right words- and even those will be inexact. But it is worth that little extra bit of effort.

I can't wait to get back tonight and find out what else you might find abnormal. Gosh this thread is exciting.
