Hi Ernie. Have you heard anything about the "Alzheimer's product LHM123"? I wish they would have come up with a better name than "Amazing Nutritionals, Inc. ("ANI")" for the new company. It sounds kind of phony rather then being serious. Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. -- OTC BB 'APPI' -- Announces Dividend and Spin-Off Alzheimer's Product NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 18, 2002--(OTC Bulletin Board: APPI) Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a company that utilizes whole plants to develop all natural dietary supplements, is pleased to announce that they intend to develop a subsidiary company through a spin-off its Alzheimer's product LHM123. The proposed name for the new subsidiary company is Amazing Nutritionals, Inc. ("ANI"). It is intended that ANI will be fully registered with the SEC and shall be eligible for trading under the rules of the SEC on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board of the NASD.
