Well if you've been following the Merrill Lynch saga, you'll know that the upgrade is just a bid to handle the secondary PHSY is now pretty much obligated to offer later this year. And of course now their interest expenses are going to uptick as well. And all of that dances around the fact that business is still lousy. But, if getting a higher share price TODAY is what really matters in your book, then I guess you've got a winner

And actually, I'm going more for a Greenie award.
