Well, looks like Good News as far as Devon goes. Devon posted buildout data for Pittsburgh, PA. Another Protection Build. geocities.com They claim 635K covered out of 2.507 million (25.33%) So Buffalo and Pittsburgh are Protection Builds at this stage.
