Candle, I'm not sure if the Government would allow that buyout or merger to follow through. (Alas, Office Depot and Staple is one Example) It would help both if they would merge, one makes a superior products and expensive (Apcc) and one make one cheaper Exide. I've never seen a Exide U.P.S. but I've seen Tripp-lite and it is cheaper and looked it too. It may cause I don't know the exact term the Government call it I believe it's called anti-trust issue or something or other. You know the Government always screw up a sure thing unless their something in it for them. (G)
