Thomas check out NTMD last filing sometime. While they own that OxyNet stuff and say they are looking for jv partner on it, I think for all intents and purposes they are a shell on the look out.

What interested me is the cash and securities. $412k cash plus at year end still 85,020 shares of TPTH worth about $400k, total assets $1.3mm, current liabilities of $13,000.

Cash and securities alone looks like almost .06/sh.

Haven't talked to them yet, just intrigued and wondering what I am missing, if anything.
