lars....just a "regular" guy/gal like you........yes I use discount houses...... and I agree that ncci should be marketed more to the regionals...its the "only" way for them to go...........I also agree that that ncci has the potential to double from these prices before 365 days go by........lots of resistence to punch thru in the 6, 7, 8 area........actually looking for 9 by december of 97...good luck......
