Denni, I am running DDR333 right now, though I am slightly disappointed with the results. When I have my system overclocked to 2.2GHz, it has a problem starting up from a cold boot (after the system has been off, say, overnight). Indeed, when it is first turned on, it will post various errors and blue screens the first few times you boot up. But, after the second or third reset, and after the system has had a chance to "warm up", it becomes completely stable.
I had never really heard much of this phenomenon, but it does prevent me from running a very useful suspend mode called Suspend to RAM (S3). S3 allows me to "effectively" turn my computer off (except for what I assume to be a small current running to the DRAM modules), and when I power on, I am right where I left off within Windows in about 6-8 seconds.
Since 2.2GHz causes problems with a cold start, I can't exactly recover my Windows dump file, and the computer restarts from scratch. Therefore, I have my computer overclocked to 2.0GHz (from 1.8GHz), and it can still do the S3 suspend mode, and run completely stable.
