WASHINGTON, April 19 (Reuters) - The United States relies on massive inflows of foreign capital to finance its large current account deficit but cannot guarantee that cash will keep flowing, Europe's top economy official warned on Friday.

``The U.S. thinks it can continue to receive this money in the future...there is no guarantee this will happen,'' Pedro Solbes, European commissioner for monetary affairs, told a news conference in Washington
