Da Barz Dude, if you think orlando real estate is pricy .... lets just say that I'm confident I did the right thing but I was walking a little funny after settlement ... S&P looks like a breakout on the daily may retest the downtrend line again, though. I'm actually about 70% long on the 403 now. Rally damn it. That said, I _much_ prefer what I'm doing on the roth. Flat at the end of the day .... Ah well, I ain't got 100k in the roth (yet) ggggg.
