Yes, well, the problem is, no one is talking about "spillage". What they're talking about is "environmental damage" -- a nebulous, meaningless term that 90% of America hasn't the slightest notion what it means.

You're wrong. It is ALL about rhetoric. You get idiots like Kerry and Gore who are running for office and will say anything and take ANY position so long as it is different from that of the current administration. It has nothing to do with what's best for the country, but everything to do with what they think will get them elected. Sickening, but Democrat behavior to the core.
