Nah. I remember encountering Board Patrol a while back. Particularly stomach-churning. Found it. agoracom.com Even the most established companies are vulnerable to fraudulent activities that threaten to destabilize investor confidence. If the situation is potentially damaging and warrants quick action and response, A.I.R. contacts management at any time of the day or night in an effort to respond to potentially damaging information. The fact that chat forums and bulletin boards are the method of choice in disseminating such information only serves to highlight the added advantage of already hosting the company's de fact investor discussion forum. So, while they don't say they're going to remove negative posts, they make it very clear that they're actively looking for negative posts and will contact the company when they're found. To what end? So the CEO can say "Yeah, I think it's a fair criticism. Leave it." Nah....
