Westergaard's "incentive" program

He offered bounties for the identities of people who posted negative items on the boards. He said he'd give $5,000 for each person. It would have been cheaper to get it the legal way with a subpoena. He said he got a woman once and sued her and won. A big lie. He never even paid one bounty. Pluvia turned himself in and West said that moments earlier someone had given him the information and he paid that person. Yeah, right. I turned myself in also and all I got was an email saying "YOU ARE BEING SUED!!! THE LAWSUIT'S IN THE MAIL!!!"
