ITE- got a red flag on her. I just received a second notice stating that I had not voted for the Directors of ITE. This has never happened to me before and in lew of the number of shares picked up by RC I consider this an interesting development. Looks to me as if the directors are concerned about their future. Staults 275000 yearly stipend seems out of line as well and looks alot like "sinking ship syndrone " to me. back later ralfphie
